The worst company I have ever seen. Unprofessional seniors and HR. Poor work-life balance. Despite claiming to have a 5-day workweek and 9-hour working days, they just want you glued to the chair and system. No one listens to juniors, and they are made to feel worthless. I don’t understand their so-called "security money deduction policy," which they use instead of PF. It never felt like I was working in an IT company. If negative ratings were possible, I would definitely give them one.

Great opportunity to grow. Work environment and work team is excellent to work with. Company and seniors are highly supportive. Advance paychecks are provided when in need.
