... they want everything clean in all the time. Never ever join visakhapatnam unit. Salary after 20days not punctual. No growth, only torture by RK, Seshagiri, LV. No standard treatment. No job security, they will throw you on roads if you do not favour any director or if you are men they will kick you out as early as possible

It's good to work in Omni RK.... employees very friendly . They are very supportive....Work timing is good

Salary is very low for all staff.... Employees who are working from 4 to 5 yrs...they are in same position with same salary...

There is a lot of politics in this company and there is no growth pattern in terms of salary. The management should be strong enough which is not there as there are so many owners and shareholders. Un ethical people lead the bosses and give false information to the owners which is not been checked whether is correct or not and is taken into consideration.

TOP Line Except Mr.Ankith, (CFO) is worse and keep failing to implement the Promotors vision. This is my view of understanding about my organization. But I Love my Organization, because we still continuing with this because of our life commitments. Especially HORRIBLE WITH PRESENT H.R. The word H.R. should be ment for Human Resource, but not for H.....R...T RESOURCE. HR Just like Passing the requirements form one table to another table endlessly for months of time and doesn't valued the Employees and their Respects. Its waste to talk about it.

They do not settle your F&F and make you to shuttle to their hospital for the same till you frustrated more and leave. Your will be responsible for other department works. continuation of your job will depend upon not on your expertise but on their ego satisfaction.
