...clearing all 3 rounds in HR round they said look for the another opportunities . I have already mentioned the expected salary after clearing all the round they are saying all this. They do scam. Wasted time in giving interview with this organization.

Not good training. No good support from senior, even if thay have told to traine new employees. No job security. Without good training they expect you to do a job as good as 2-3 years of experience employees. No good incentives even if you are on project, you have to mail again and again for incentives, and still got nothing.

If you want to play with you mental health then please join this company, No job security, managers will make you feel like they own the company and you are a slave for them

They are fraud they hire you as fesher and show your fake exp upto 3 years and take 3year of exp salary from client for the work you are doing and pay you as a fresher

Their lies and technical trainers who don't jave knowledge for the technology on which they claim to train

They just put you on client and earn in lakhs per month and gives you in few thousands and later on told you that company is in loss how you can show the company is in loss and HR persons are doing parties every week with the company money while company is in loss. I am not able to understand.
