Worst ever people you see. TL, CTL and HR are fit for nothing. You'll find good friends teammates are supportive and compatible. The organisation has no proper set of guidelines. No proper way for any decision. CEO doesn't have brain and also the remaining people. please don't join here and ruin your career

They won't provide salary. We don't know when will they credit and how much will they credit. Lop for all the leaves no holiday on Saturday's. Even public holidays are working days here. Very strict rules mobiles are strictly prohibited. Few female team leads are there and they behave like a school teacher which is really worst. You'll get nice appreciation from your TL if you come late, not in your work station for more than 5 minutes in front of everyone. Terrible work pressure and targets which are highly impossible for a fresher to achieve. Even if have achieved the target also they'll terminate you with out any reason. Salaries are on hold till date to everyone i.e, 3 months for me as well. Don't know how much they'll credit and we shouldn't question TL or CTL about this issue even if you also you won't get any reply. Worst organisation and worst environment and terrible work. Kindly avoid and thank me later.

Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .

*Your salary will be credited as per your targets. *You are forced to give reviews in Google about the company. *You are forced to write articles and publish it online for scientific journal. This has to be done by researchers not by the employees. *Salary will be credited if you receive 2000 euros per month then you are an achiever, if not you are non achiever (achiever salary is 23000 and non achiever salary is 17000).

Its not a pressure full job and i gained a lot knowledge from this company. This is a best platform for freshers to gest best salary. I am very satisfied with this company because at my job nessasary time they hire me. I am thankful to work here.
