...whcih were set by our CEO. There is no proper career which helps for our growth. Salaries have become a big issue and dont know exactly when the salary will be credited. Credting incentives has stopped so many months back. Apart from CEO rest of the employees are good and politics were played by only CEO. Work environment is good and infrastructure is well organised in the company.

Worst company. The CEO didn't paid us salary for 2/3 months, and after that he paid us 2000/5000/10000 as salary. But he has money to donate to Andhra Govt to uplift his political career. No sense of management.The entire business is fraud. It con's people all over the world to register for there fake conferences and journals.

Worst company i never seen before, everyday new criteria, every month salary deductions minimum 50% to 90%. No HR policy, no management, no hikes process. Main thing HR persons are very irrespective and irresponsible behaviour with employees. My best suggestion is do not waste your valuable time in this company. If you join you will lose your career.
