Growth is very slow. You don't know when you can get your salary, in the mid of the month or in the last week of the month. So some management issues are there.

...whcih were set by our CEO. There is no proper career which helps for our growth. Salaries have become a big issue and dont know exactly when the salary will be credited. Credting incentives has stopped so many months back. Apart from CEO rest of the employees are good and politics were played by only CEO. Work environment is good and infrastructure is well organised in the company.

Worst company. The CEO didn't paid us salary for 2/3 months, and after that he paid us 2000/5000/10000 as salary. But he has money to donate to Andhra Govt to uplift his political career. No sense of management.The entire business is fraud. It con's people all over the world to register for there fake conferences and journals.

Management, there is no management. Work culture. Lack of work ethics.

...ecurity, u can be fired anytime without any prior notice. Career growth is zero. Salary never come on time, sometimes, last month salary can come after 25th of next month. Management is worst. But they give good package to the Freshers, so good place to start ur earnings.

It's a good company, very friendly work environment attaching new system.. always working fresh things.. work team is good.

It's a bad management and administration team. Salary was not get on time. Forget the Hike, company was different organization is different.. credit salary is different..
