I want to give a terrible review of Omfys Technologies because they do not pay salaries on time and do not add PF to the PF account. They delay employees' salaries for three months and force freshers to sign a bond for 2.5 years. They also pressure employees to work on weekends, with managers calling at odd times, which is highly inappropriate. There is a common bathroom for both men and women, which is unacceptable, and there is no cafeteria. Insects are found in the coffee machine, and there's no water purifier. The WiFi is always an issue. The director is bokachoda, and the management doesn't care at all about employee welfare. In the name of Allah Jai shree waheguru Allah hu akabar

Entire organization ,no growth 2.6 yrs bond with no increment, no proper management, Pf will be deducted from salary but not credited to pF account,now you have to request,begg, anything you can.

...re very friendly and helpful but there are alot of things which can be improved. The biggest con is that employees doesn't get paid on time, like the company is giving minimal salary to everyone that too getting late is a disastrous experience, we had to literally go to the director or CEO of the company to get 100 200 rupees for our daily food and commute. They sometimes give salary like 20 25 days late and that was such a horrific experience. The second big concern is the management group there, there is no leader available for any project every project is under CEO and he has appointed some POCs for every project but the concert here is that the appointed POCs are also either freshers or 1 year experience workers, we can not expect from them to be professional enough to communicate with client and give you feedback and if on any point they fail to do that they been scolded like anything. I would really hope that company grows but management needs to understand that if they want company to be bigger they need to take care of there employees and put them as there priority not the client coz employees will take care of your clients if you take care of your employees. I had worked there day n night and at the end of my tenure they have not even allowed me to say goodbye to my colleagues and there was no one who has been informed. That was depressing and they have not given me my last two months salary as well even when I have done nothing but the good for the company. Well I still hope for the good for them and may God bless their employees. Amen

They just provide a chance to get in IT. You can learn more because you have to do everything start to end.

Very less salary, Never get salary on time, worst employee policies, No flexible time. You should be yes man here. Nobody appreciate your work. They dont even credit PF for each month.
