Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

As a leading person in this organisation... I want to work according to me, not driven by any other person, flexible timings for me is the awesome thing, But the overall scenario is different my family life as well as social life almost depleted but on the other hand getting good experience at higher management levels, getting exposure to Big Government Projects of NTPC, B&R, Railways, BHEL, HPCL, and attending business meetings at Higher Management Levels, Coordination with contractors, suppliers and staff....many more overall satisfied...

The only worst thing working with omega is you have to wait for your salary. It will definitely come but not fixed time and date...many construction companies have the similar issues not a big deal
