Nothing as such. Day 1 otself it was huge jacking for me. The process coaches Celcia Alexander a huge female and Anusha Rudramani they both are big jealousy filled poisonous snakes who are scared of users are doing better than then and go forward in career. They keep fitting to HR who is headless and listens to them and mark a user's profile sitting.

...ess coaches go keep fitting on users to TL and go to manager and complain on TL. Go to Senior manager and complain on manager, they do all irrelevant work, getting free salary. Request you to take those 2 mentioned pro ess coaches who is HR BPAustin Lobo who is laughing and giggling with those 2 headless females. Or give them training on hr policies.

1. No growth 2. Projects getting closed 3. Worst pay masters 4. You will be moved from one project to other project when you are in a peak of your production.. Then they will say some layman excuse and throw u out of the company without any prior info... U will be clueless thinking why i am thrown My suggestion is company is gonna get bankrupt soon so pls dnt choose ur career in omega

I was seen lots of issues with mangement they will not treat as employee, there was no salary hikes if we put paper they will they only market correction not possible right now , such a street behaviour by TL and even mangers along with HR ,if you behaviour like this then why you people hired and doing torcher to employees , wrost software maintenance always serve maintaince there mistake we have to work on weekends,wrost mangement especially home health department

I am working in this organisation for past 1 year and 6 months in Gohealth Mercy Project (My Emp id# 1028131 Name: Praveen N ) my performance and quality is good soo far and i have worked very hard for my team even if i had personal issues ,when i have family problem suddenly i have dropped my resignation for better salary and attended few interview and got selected later my senior manager Mr.Senthil requested with my Team Lead to revert my resignation for that he will do market correction 5k take home from my current salary and my team leader have drafted mail and shared to Mr.Senthil so i have reverted my paper on june 19 Mr.Senthi said they will do market correction and reflect it by in the july month salary checked July month salary no revision has made regarding this had conversation with Mr.Senthil and saying that my name is on hold for some reason due to process is not going well ,Also he mentioned that “I accept that i made promise to make reflect in july month salary but now i cant” For that i have requested to relive me immediately but they are not providing my papers and suggested to serve notice period again for 2months iam already suffering very bad with my family situation explained with Mr.Senthi my situation also it is not my mistake still they are arguing to serve notice period for 2months ,Because of their mistake i lost good pay in other company now they are not providing my papers also my assistant manager had Meeting with me saying like “take it personally just abscond” explained what happened to my assistant manager and he is asking me to pay my two month basic salary for immediate relieve and saying there is no such policy as immediate relive,regarding this i reached my HR but iam not happy with their response either now iam going to abscond because of their mistake Mr.Senthil ruined my 1 year and 6 months of my work Also i have no hope by drafting this mail that I would get justice.If they responded any updates to me correctly I would not reverted my resignation i kinda feels like i got scamed and cheated.I really didn’t expect this from this organisation can really anyone bring justice and ask question regarding this ?
