I really very disappointed with Omega. There is no development working more than a year and the team leads are very worst i ever seen before, they treat you like a dog when you are in notice period, not even a good send off.. i didn't get any call from my HR for reliving, so the managers all ready decided who wants to stay and who wants to leave . In my opinion I will not reffer this company for anyone until HR team starts carrying for employees not always for TL and managers. Anyhow it's my pleasure to thank Omega for the given chance. Thank you.

... 10 to 12 months period. Once project closed employee would moved to bench team. In this period, Management will hold the employees salary. Then other teams, needed any job requirements, again HR team interviewed and will moving the employees to that particular team. Incase employees not selected in interview process, again countinue in bench team for 2 month without salary. After that company will take a action against the employees. In my 2 years experience, I met 2 wrost person in this company. 1 person Prasanna Assistant Manager, another 1 person was Gayathri HR team. COVID lockdown time, I returned into my native. But my AM prasanna moved me to bench team without any reason and prior information. COVID pandemic time, 4 to 5 months i am waiting in bench with out salary. Every weekly once, or 10 days once, I got a call from HR Gayathri, she would forced me to quit the job or resign the job. COVID lockdown time, I managed my family without salary, because of this 2 persons. Later I joined another company. And finally my personal experience with this company was not good, and this company will not care about the employees, only will focus on company profits.

I am so grateful to Omega healthcare, which provided me all the platform for my career growth with additional training support from the company. I am very happy that company provides an internal soft skill training and also provides an opportunity of internal job posting. Ability/Caliber are always been recognised by the company.

It depends upon the project and team. Im Bangalore location most of the Manager and Management from North so whether you know Kannada or not you must know Hindi otherwise you will not get proper support. My personal experience Hindi known people get very good apprisal and position.

...e first preference for Hindi know peoples. No free transport No tissue paper In your CTC variable pay included but you will never get.

At omega there is growth in terms of postion and salary. i was promoted last year and salary is increasing. Team is good and Reporting managers takecare of everything. Always recommend my friends to be part of it. The HR (Recruitment ) Team are always supportive and other departments too
