Salary only. Omega is very popular company in tamil nadu. 3 baranch in trichy. But poor salary. Iam working with 2year. My basic salary 2020 in 9500rs. My final salary in company 2022. Rs.10200. Please give good salary every have family, every one need mony.

Salary package very low and we need improvement on package of salary & appraisal. Appraisal also we need increment. Night allowance also very low amount. We need 200 or 300. This amount not able to fulfill our work & life balance

It is only good for freshers who start their career after education to learn the corporate culture.

Simply no work life balance. Will expect to work extra hours without extra pay. Will simply threaten you to put you under PIP and termination to push you for limits and lose your peace of mind. Company never thinks about employees well being or health.

At omega there is growth in terms of postion and salary. i was promoted last year and salary is increasing. Team is good and Reporting managers takecare of everything. Always recommend my friends to be part of it. The HR (Recruitment ) Team are always supportive and other departments too

Omega health care is the best platform to develop your new skills and learning about medical billing the Salary and Benefits are really good and you get Salary hike in every 6 months and its a good Platform for Freshers/Experience.

Omega helthcare is a Medical billing company and they follow US calender and Time shifts. So most of the project and works are in Night time. If your doing night shift Daily it harm your health system and your sleep. If you are willing it's is a good Platform.
