It is only good for freshers who start their career after education to learn the corporate culture.
Dislikes
Simply no work life balance. Will expect to work extra hours without extra pay. Will simply threaten you to put you under PIP and termination to push you for limits and lose your peace of mind. Company never thinks about employees well being or health.
At omega there is growth in terms of postion and salary. i was promoted last year and salary is increasing. Team is good and Reporting managers takecare of everything.
Always recommend my friends to be part of it. The HR (Recruitment ) Team are always supportive and other departments too

Team outings, On time salary, OT pay
Each team is unique, some projects go off track, some projects do pretty well, if at all you are in a good project then work will be smooth, lot to learn, although it will be bit stressful on the month-ends, work is enjoyable, will get to learn a lot if you stay for longer period.
During my time HRs were good, took decisions quickly, positive response most of the time.
Managers do a lot of favoritism, language wise, religion wise. Some Mgrs prioritize their community, act like congress.
Internal politics.
Office campus had lately become smoking zone, lots of sellers within the office.
Completely night shift life.
Cabs(TT) are provided but sometimes few of them just get out of cabs after crossing some 1 km from office, later to be picked up their fbb. *Caution, married women should stay away from office, can opt for work from home or day shift. They would start hounding on office women, prettier & younger will be the ones facing such challenges the most.
...hly educated beggars people are there. they Not supportive u guys in any manner. And they always seeing how to deduct the salary from Users unnecessary. Whole Management is worst. I suggest for new joiners Please Don't join here. Your talent and carrier they make waste. So be careful. I joined in the pilot project and the training was like 2hrs that's it but the project was easy, But the higher position people don't want to ask doubt to the client and they are like find out by ourselves and make a good impression from client. It was a very easy project but the High official doesn't know hot to treat People equally, just like that they are flirting in floor with girl's and no respect given to employees. Even I they are straight forward there's some way to approach a employee and ask it but they doesn't know any manners and respect, auch a terrible company but they say ranked no 1 in Medical billing. It's a shame how company works in Omega. Worst experience in my lifetime. They have to learn from other companies like AGS and Ajuba. Not recommended for any of the candidates here please don't waste time in this company. It's a waste of time!!!!
