Good place to learn medical coding.Training given for freshers, and office policies are good enough.Flexible working hours.Good office environment and office location is easily accessible.

Dislikes

Salary package is very less and getting promotion is very hard, need to wait for years to get promoted to next levels, employees are given lots of work pressure to meet the targets.

Overall it is a average...company policies are good

Dislikes

Salary hike not good and they will make us to do work on Saturday as well and they will not give OT or incentive only comp off the will provide.they will not give leaves also

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
