Other than the salary, the company has significant shortcomings. The rules and regulations are drastically different from other RCM companies, often making it difficult for employees to adapt. The management tends to corner employees, pressuring them to resign. The HR department is the worst I’ve encountered—it is not employee-friendly and lacks effective support for the workforce. Best advice is - avoid joining omega health care.

Good Atmosphere and working environment, Cab and canteen, Salary is better and Lots of things to learn.

Work Pressure, extended shifts no bonus, Team are badly managed u are lucky if u have a good team.

...hly educated beggars people are there. they Not supportive u guys in any manner. And they always seeing how to deduct the salary from Users unnecessary. Whole Management is worst. I suggest for new joiners Please Don't join here. Your talent and carrier they make waste. So be careful. I joined in the pilot project and the training was like 2hrs that's it but the project was easy, But the higher position people don't want to ask doubt to the client and they are like find out by ourselves and make a good impression from client. It was a very easy project but the High official doesn't know hot to treat People equally, just like that they are flirting in floor with girl's and no respect given to employees. Even I they are straight forward there's some way to approach a employee and ask it but they doesn't know any manners and respect, auch a terrible company but they say ranked no 1 in Medical billing. It's a shame how company works in Omega. Worst experience in my lifetime. They have to learn from other companies like AGS and Ajuba. Not recommended for any of the candidates here please don't waste time in this company. It's a waste of time!!!!

It's a great place to work overall. There are lot of opportunities to get successful career in your domain. Great organisation to work with a team of 300-500 users with lot of innovation and creativity with expertise in all levels around you to boost all the time. How virtual management is working fantastically here is an another amazing thing, where leaders learned to manage people from different location daily basis in a smooth run. If you want to become a competent management person, this is the right place to work.
