This message is an awareness for freshers who is gone start their carrier in omega Health care management services i have worked in omega Healthcare management services almost 1 year and also served my notice period promptly but after leaving the job when i was asking for full and final settlement and experience letter they we're saying that since i didn't complete one year job with them i need to pay 15000 for training that they have provided at initial they told it was mentioned in offer letter later when checked it was not mentioned in offer letter when i asked to hrbp he told that it was informed during On-boarding and training i don't remember since says days passed so I asked one of colleague regarding that he also told that it was not informed during that time. Most of my batch met left within a year now i am unable to get my experience letter since i have negative balance so only if settle that amount i will be able to get my relieving letter i am a extremely poor person now i am unable pay to them Back. I request all of you to take time and read all terms and conditions carefully with omega Healthcare management services especially check that have you made agreement with TRAP( training repayment agreement provisions). There are many people suffering like me

... Transport facility is appreciateable. One can learn deep about medical billing. One will get decent salary with decent hike.

Dislikes

One can learn more but cannot earn more at omega healthcare. Career growth is big question mark due to politics.There is no night shift allowance. Sometimes target pressure will be there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus Evey year.

...oom. Loads and loads of pressure on each and every employee. To make it simple. For instance if the company agrees to pay u some 30k, then it means they will make u to work for 1 lack.

Only thing is more pressure from management for production they don't consider a employee issues even if that is IT issues they asking the targets. Usually shift is 6.30 to 3.30. they asking the login time is 4.00pm to 5.00am.
