Pathetic work experience no job security even for COO. COO and CHRO fired without giving proper notice. Salary cut and delay is normal. Not suggested to join.

...pany they wont bear me anymore since there is also no culture of work from home. They put me in leave without pay now. Is it my fault that they wont have work from home culture??? Or is it my fault i cant go due to covid to company.??

Management. They dont have work from home culture. So the employee has to suffer as loss of pay if they are not goimg to company. No ome is supportive. Not a single benefit they have

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliabl,high qualuty products and has global clientbase. As a result i get to travel in delhi and gurugram

Dislikes

The decent company some types of work are not like salary is really low as per compare to the other company. Food is not good. Transport facilities is not available for all worker.
