...x is very horrible. No change in mess facility after complaining for many times. Food expenses are deducted from employee salary for about 25 Omani riyal per month.

Dislikes

Medical insurance is just for name sake. If you get any abnormality in your body no major expenses are covered in the insurance. Moreover because of canteen food lot of people's have BP and heart related diseases.

No working pressure as such.. earlier this company was quite good..but now it's not as it was earlier.

Keeping pending salary,no increment from Last 5years. Still waiting for my final settlement after left Oman 45days.

I like site work rebar checking, shuttering, cleaning, concrete pouring all over work at site I checked before client comming site work is ready then call my engineer to inspection with consultant.I like work in quality Shapoorji gave quality very good site net and clean ,access agress is very good safty good maintain the Shapoorji site , Shapoorji safty target is 0 target no accident no any major injury during work hours.This is good thinking about employees I like this.So pver all Shapoorji work style is very nice.

No any major problems but staff salary is too late . Giving salary in the month end...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Transportation and way of respecting the technician are very poor

...ent and culture. My teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Another stricking benefit is that pay scale is very good and every employe is satisfied.

There some departments are joint and I request to separate them. There are also some problems in mess.
