Absolute partialism of dept head, favouring those staff who speak in their tone, & present themselves their obeying, trustworthy employee for achieving personal attention & support. There is no significance nor appreciation for honest, sincere, dedicated & hard working employee, who throughout his tenure strived for company's benefits & prosperity.
