...reat place to work for Omani Employees, but for as an expat its not at all good. Good salary and benefits, but no job security for expats. No career growth or training at all.

Nothing at all and my contract was not renewed even though after working so hard because they want to Omani in all departments , we had worked hard but nothing in hand today jobless for more then a year .

Dislikes

They want only Omani to work as they want more of locals like omanization every department they want Omani without any degree or experience they have hired many omanis .
