very worst experience. I Joined a company on urgent basis (as requested by HR) for that I had paid one month salary to my previous company as a compensation of notice Period. After joining they forced me to sign 1 year bond. But I denied very first day of joining then HR told me to continue the job she will speak to the senior and decided. And promised me that if decisions was not in my favor company will pay me for days I worked there. But after 5 days she replied you have to continue with bond. But I denied again and decide to leave a job. And asked for my payment but she refused to give. Very fake HR and fake Company

The staff is really pathetic, Company politics is played on extreme level. No job security, no incentive, no salary hike. Work Culture is terribly a head ace, company policies are not fully satisfying as employee point of view. No scope of building a fruitful Career.

Alot to talk about this. Favoroutism at its peak seniors are too much biased incl management. U will have to work like donkey (majdoor) u will feel like every other person working outside this company is living their life and have work life balance. Manager will micromanage each and everything at one point you will feel that you are not working in a company but you are in school. There are such kind of childish rules which are unwritten and are regulated by ur manager. Managers over here are just 22-23 yrs old kids who dont even know how is corporate world evolving they will ask u to do such fooliah things that you will prefer to stay jobless rather than joining this company. U will never be appreciated for your efforts you give to crack any business. They just want you to do more and more work. U will have to beg for WFH and even for the leaves which are our right to opt. Even when you are on leaves manager will continuosly call you for the whole day for followups with clients and if u say anything they will start targetting you. Foolish company to work with if you want to do timepass then u can join. I request each and everyone reading this comments please do not join this organisation. They call themselves as manufacturer and when they get any order they run in local steel market to procure those items and will give you hiigher rates than any other competitor and will ask u to get PO for that requirements which is impossible to match in pricing. Your talent is just waste in front of thia company. They will ask you to walk on the path they ahow you. U will never grow urself in thia organisation. No company policy no job security no pf deduction nthng. Just come to their socalled corp office which will give u a vube like scammers call centre and a godown at the same time. Bcoz when you go in their ofc which is on 1st floor u will see boxes everywhere and all other random stuff. They invite you on 3rd floor for intervuew so that u feel it is a decent place to work but dnt ger scammed by them its just a lollypop which is given to you to create their first impression when you are onboarded they will show you your value and their mentality. So i request you do not join this third class company.

I didn't like anything about the company but for the sake of it few things which I really appreciated was my manager (Madam Maria) and few other colleagues. keep in mind, just 'few' other colleagues because most of them were cooperate bullies who love to play politics. You will be given fair time to prove yourself. Job security is good if you are good in your work.

Dislikes

There are so so many things, as I can't write all of them I will write points: 1. Work culture: work like a donkey. Keep doing what is said to you. If you have ideas keep it with you. 2. No recognition: You will not be appreciated for your work unless you complete whole of it. For eg: you had 10 task to do, you complete 8 of them with perfection. That 8 will not matter, why didn't you complete the other 2 task. 3. Spamming kings: you will be asked to send 500 emails and once you complete it they will ask you to followup on it again. Spamming to get orders and purchase quotations. 4. Internal conflicts: Departments don't cordinate properly, all of them show attitude to each to other which makes simple things complicated. I could go on but I think this is enough.
