Job security fully depend on your work, work culture good, management is good but decision very slow, company policy is good when you have do very good work. Overall all fine when you are genuine work.

Management takes suggestion from their illiterate Employees who even don't know about technical work. Even don't know the meaning of technical. If you are Jain, it is best company for you. Some old staffs and Jains make fool to Management. If you are technically sound, don't go for OMIL other you have to follow the instruction from illetrate people.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day due to billing and planning work. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
