Some old staffs and Jains make fool to Management. If you are technically sound, don't go for OMIL other you have to follow the instruction from illetrate people.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day due to billing and planning work. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
