In my 27 years of career Om Enterprises is the worst compan to work with.

No Job security, company does not pay according offer letter moreover company retains blank cheques from employees and than black mail the employees to work overtime without remuneration.

Om enterprises is just like a factor where I work as a cashier. It's just for time pass. I want to make my self in big cities where I get more opportunities.

So much hard work to do and to do it you have patience in your work that's the main thing and if you trying to push yourself the paper must be torn that's the main problem that's it other wise the work is good and one more thing you have to sit on floor and constantly do your work that's very painful

Good work environment and culture .Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but Career growth is slow
