The om construction company is local company that work on contract basis. The company has big reputation and also have capacity to build 4 to 5 high rise building at a time. At present where i work at current time there are 4 building work is going on simultaneously. The employee or teammates are good but not sufficient like if we consider work. So that work load on employee is overburden. So i would like to change my job that is the one reason. But that was not my main reason my main reason to change the job is i would like to do job related to designing and planning part in company but at present i said that this om construction company is work on contract basis this company only do execution of plan not planning and designing. So that is my main reason for changing the job from Current job.

Dislikes

There are two reason one is overburden of work which is not many important or main reason, two and important and main is i like design part in civil profile.

Likes

They have shut down their all offices and fired all the employees. They are supporting only by sending all employees to their home with no work & their earnings.
