Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing to like about working at om careers. For any graduate or any person it is a living nightmare company. There are just pain in Ears and head Kindly safe yourself from these type of companies Look after genuine opportunities

...ehaviour is very bad for his employees, very bad environment, tooo much presure. Deduct the salary without any reason, and forced the employees to resigned.

...f employees for free. -if you come late, repercussions -Overtime with no pay -salary not on time. They pay salary when half the month is over. It's my second month going on, by 10nth I should have got the salary, now it's 12th, still none of the employees have the salary got credited. - They have no rule book - No proper training. -The leaders will give you tips to lower your self esteem for the sake of getting your work done.
