They will deduct your salary without any reason will give you unachievable targets extended working hours if you are unable to achieve the target. Harassment by management very unprofessional behaviour if you have any other option please don't join there they will not allow you to talk with your colleagues.no leave policy

...ehaviour is very bad for his employees, very bad environment, tooo much presure. Deduct the salary without any reason, and forced the employees to resigned.

... Leaders are cheaters here,they took their own closures from team members' cv. - They don't pay anything on time be it Salary or Certificate - They will over pressurise you for many things

...arget are given. No leaves in terms of sick leave and casual leave are provided. From the starting they will lure you in terms of salary package...don't get lured. They also lie during the interview regarding working days. Policy and rule changes depending on their mood. They are not registered that is why they don't follow any labour law rules. Salary deducted, hold without any reason. They have 0 trust over their employees. Director of this company is so rude and doesn't listen to the problem of employees neither does he provides solutions. There are so limited clients to work on... in terms of cv, interview, selection and joining pressure is created, they behave as if we are doing bulk hiring which we are not. don't join this company...they mentally harass employees. Their downfall is sure...Karma will take care of them
