... very slow. 2.Recognization is very late. 3.No retaintion policy of employee. 4.Base salary level is too low as per market standard. 5.Unneccesary too many recruitment in unutilized sectors and lacking of manpower and investment where it actually needed. 6. Very less monitoring towards RM levels regd biasness / core value adaptation instead of only speaking those.

Work culture is very good ,you feel very secure to work hare ,they Tri to develop skill level of the employee in every possible way

No appreciation for your Good work ,you will never get a chance to promote your self ,no good salary increment,in this company only certain people enjoying there work ,they never give any chance to develop always try to de-motivate saying that your performance is not at all god

Degrading work culture and leadership. No accountability of unwanted actions taken. Only head office employees have minor chance of growth. Zero transparency and branch office discrimination
