Very less monitoring towards RM levels regd biasness / core value adaptation instead of only speaking those.

No appreciation for your Good work ,you will never get a chance to promote your self ,no good salary increment,in this company only certain people enjoying there work ,they never give any chance to develop always try to de-motivate saying that your performance is not at all god
