It's in an industrial area, it's completely family business, and management is totally controlled by their family members, even the ac operations, no professionalism at all, increment stretch too long, less increment, employee's documents always delayed. FNF stretch too long time, overall no respect for your work and you.

1. Certain days when everybody laughed together when HR used to keep event for everyone to participate like employee engagement part was good. 2. Company have positive look towards growth 3. Learn the importance of attentiveness

1. HR has no constructive role most of the time 2. Delay in clearing ex-employee FNF 3. Lack of empathy towards junior's by Mid level managers

discontinue from corporate world attrition almost every month. increment in 2 years. no Saturday off, poor salary and fake commitment of growth.
