Yes, Job is completely secured in OLX People in this pandemic situation. no salary cut, receiving on time salary. 1) Good Work-life balance 2) Great Work culture 3) Transperant relationship between managers and associates. 4) Secured Job with on time salary.

Dislikes

1) Compensation is not upto the mark, no proper target / incentive plan for corporate sales. 2) No such benefit is being provided in Covid-19 situation apart from the fixed salary, no internet cost/ no WFH setup cost has been provided. 3) No proper value for the performing employees, no bonus/ extra pay.

Productive Fast Paced Work Place with a bit of fun. Good for technical insight and committed to ensuring that its staff are happy and get the best. Great work culture and amazing staff!

Process Manager or Team Leader Process shut down & Layoffs Nobody cares employees well being. No work life balance. upper Management is the root cause of problems here. No learning at all, just blindly following orders.

They mis treat their employees in terms of work timings, managers abuse sales team openly, management just want to sell your body so that collection targets get completed and even if you do that feet licking employees get all the credit.. a stupid company with worst culture ever

It's a very poor company, no secure for the staff, they kicked us out the one who was loyal for the company

I have been working in this company for 3 years with true loyalty, but they told us to leave and till today some of the customer came to me for help because I used to solve all the problems for their customers......and also I never said that I don't have time, if it is my weekly off also I have been always there for the customer and the company.

Seniors are supportive and salaries are ontime. Trainers are good and understand very well.

The Company higher management does not let anyone.no Team Leaders support.I had some Health ishue so TL said me give the Temporary resignation when you get well .we will call you back.even the after shift is over they said that fullfill your target.this is nothing to learn.
