Work environment was bad and management was not supportive at all and about company policies was not transparent that's not for our career they fired you without a reason.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

You get your salary ontime. Good Co-workers to work with.

... industry. Only goal for them is to achieve Targets without giving any routemap. City heads shout on their employees in morning meetings calls (makes me feel at school :-)) As the organization is funded by Naspers the Senior leadership in corporate office is only interested in getting their salary. They have no clue of the politics and wrong decisions taken at operational level. While on job, front end employees get transferred to other branches without prior intimation.

Nothing is good here. Company culture is worst , nobody works as a team, just blame game they are playing and leg pulling they do. The managers are worst, they just put pressure on their devs. Overall i would strongly suggest, don't join this company if you want mental peace on a longer run.

hike is like raising 300 hundred rupees when i was there and promotion are for those who knows how to flatter, more opportunities are for girls and flatters. no requirment for talent. no promotion for hardworker or performer it has worst quality team which has only one work to demotivate to performer and they are like dumb . if even you match your target quality comes n gives you criticals on such tiny things which stops your incentives and data flow is so high that you cant drink water and have even breath for sec , per day 200 to 350 calls you have to take. if they dont have data they repeat same 200 to 350 data again atleast 15 times. management doesnt know where are loops or dont want to know also in the company and you have to extend also and take meetings after or before login hours

No SOPs standard operating procedure Management was worst no words for the senior management they made the organization poor No work ethics no employee values Asking us to leave indirectly by giving extensive travel will ask to travel unnecessarily. Will not recommend anybody to join I had to change my bosses not the organization.
