hike is like raising 300 hundred rupees when i was there and promotion are for those who knows how to flatter, more opportunities are for girls and flatters. no requirment for talent. no promotion for hardworker or performer it has worst quality team which has only one work to demotivate to performer and they are like dumb . if even you match your target quality comes n gives you criticals on such tiny things which stops your incentives and data flow is so high that you cant drink water and have even breath for sec , per day 200 to 350 calls you have to take. if they dont have data they repeat same 200 to 350 data again atleast 15 times. management doesnt know where are loops or dont want to know also in the company and you have to extend also and take meetings after or before login hours

The Company is well structured and Compensation is in line with best industry. The Work- life balance is little skewed because of fact that competition in Market is High.

Dislikes

Nothing I find that which one can dislike about the company but we can improve on employee engagement.

City head who is now the zonal head thinks he is the owner of the company and misuses his power.Purely biased towards his people of interest.Demotivation and seniors having ego problem is a common factor in Mumbai office.All the associates,store managers,inspection engineers,etc slog to the extent with no personal life while the top management enjoy WFH with zero work just timely msgs to show they are online and get paid 10times more.The company is excellent to work its just that the people on the top in mumbai office take undue advantage of ruining careers of people according to their will.

It's a Good company with a Good backing of the Parent. Others nothing good, just a startup with low pay and highly arrogant leaders and managers.

Dislikes

- Pathetic Product Analytics Team of Olxautos - Arrogant Managers and Leaders - No visibility - Mundane work - No learning - Expected to work on non core projects also - No team engagement - No WORK LIFE BALANCE - Micromanagement by managers, they try to keep a check of 9 hours of output.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.
