Initially Olx is very good company but after the recruiting of non automobile background city head for mumbai (Before 2 years for retail) now he is zonal manager for West region ( he took the promotion by licking) now he is harassing Mumbai,Pune, Nashik,indore,nagpur,ahemdabad. He does not know the customers behavior and does not know how to handle employee or team member always giving high pressure and warning for fire from company because of that types of arrogant and stupid manager good people are leaving the job he always misbehave with employee and one more thing there is biggest stupid person is HRBP who does not know the process and basic work of HRBP and telling only words of management and not understand the words of employee. i recommended to everyone who want to join in retail C2b,B2b(Inspection engineer, Retail associate, store manager) dont join the company. company having so many policies is only on papers not in actual. having Hire and fire policy and working culture like LALA KI DUKAAN.

Non supporting senior staff members. Too much pressure for targets achievements. North region Mr. Hitesh is totally a disgusting person, no manners have to speak to junior members.

Work environment was bad and management was not supportive at all and about company policies was not transparent that's not for our career they fired you without a reason.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only thing which they helped for an employee is paying complete salary during lockdown period (2months)

The line manager & higher management for the Bangalore City doesn't know the work culture. But they know only to target a set of individuals & sue them out of the organization. Also this HR is one of the idiots who doesnt know the background of the situation & says to put down the paper. Also I was asked to put down my papers coz I had asked them to allow me 15 days leave as my mom was ill & she was supposed to be hospitalized. But they said the business is not good & it can't be entertained (Even though I had my eligibile leaves of VL - 20). And then I was forced to quit. They really ruin the company name. Kind request to change the entire higher management of the city & including the HR.
