Nothing is good here. Company culture is worst , nobody works as a team, just blame game they are playing and leg pulling they do. The managers are worst, they just put pressure on their devs. Overall i would strongly suggest, don't join this company if you want mental peace on a longer run.

Promotion and good hikes reserved for only few 2-3 people get all rewards and recognition Very slow career growth Management is more concerned about making points rather than doing actual work

I switched during IT boom, so people hired during that time were given more than market standards so only salary is something I like about .

Dislikes

Micromanagement, toxic culture under my manager. Colleagues are nice and helpful but when manager is the one making decisions and then everyone just wants to save themselves. Unfortunately, everybody live their life day by day ki bas aaj ka din nikal jaye!

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
