...hip between students and teachers.Management dept.of this school is really good.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Sometimes there will be too much pressure in your work field.

I like the Dictatorship in that school.

Dislikes

The PR in the school (Sarita) has ruined the reputation of the school in its best way possible. As an entrepreneur and well-wisher of the school I understand she keeps the system tight but if your staffs aint mentally fit then it is of no use.

The management, working hours are inhumane, one of the worst decisions in life is joining that institution, in a span of 3 months 26 teachers resigned who recently joined in 2024 session.
