Company is good but trainers are very rude and they creating lots of politics lots of mentally harassment during training periods .

Lots of politics . Salary is very less according working hours . Irresponsible managers . Here therapist works an important role after every procedure they have to handle front desk work . Soo not at all worth . Highly not recommended .

What i like the most about working at Oliva is the culture, the people and the opportunity to learn & grow. Over the past 10.5 years, i have personally grown significantly, both professionally and personally at Oliva.

Dislikes

At times, I have disliked the management being too lenient with staff, as i have observed that some take advantage of it. Being strict doesn't mean being unkind. rather it instills discipline & encourage the staff to strive for their best.

Working at Oliva has been an immensely rewarding experience for me. I like the fact that we are making a tangible difference in the lives of of our clients by helping them achieve a healthier hair, skin and body. I also like the collaborate and innovative work environment at Oliva. It is very encouraging and helps me think out of the box. I am surrounded by many highly skilled professionals who are passionate and dedicated, this is very encouraging. Also, the leadership is forward thinking and creating a dynamic workplace culture that fosters growth and learning for everyone.

One aspect that is challenging is the constant drive for perfection in all digital initiatives. This pursuit for perfection pushes us hard at times.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I had applied for a Business Process Executive role in your company. When I applied on 30th April I thought I am at the correct place now as you are also signing a bond and giving 1.5 month of training which is good. After 2 days of selection and before only getting the offer letter I came to Hyderabad so that I could join immediately. But, when I came to your office I faced some insults, which is related to the region and language and also during the training trainer Venkatesh said many negative things which impacted me and also one other member also keep telling me the same in presence of other members. I faced the same in Bangalore and I never thought I will also face the same here again. I was just only to check whether you really have my requirements or not in the company, I just asked for 1k INR. Which you people denied to give but when I said I have arranged you are asking how you did arrange suddenly. So officially you were showing you people are trying to help but on the other hand you are only indirectly forcing me to leave the company. I said my financial condition is not good but I can come to the office so that was not a matter. As a senior Vankatesh supposed not to defame his candidate in presence of other members. For me also you are new so how I will confirm whatever you really need work or after giving 1 month training you will terminate. This company only will demotivate and play with your fear and if you share anything then they will play with that weak point. Trainer Venkatesh was insulted and demotivated because he knew my weak point and one day I said to Venkatesh regarding my past experience in Bangalore, whatever I suffered. He shows his image as the same like them after I shared my past work experience in Bangalore, nobody was ever motivated or at least said that I am in the correct place or I will have no issues with any payouts.

Very grounded organisation and the approach towards anything here is very much backed by logic. It’s a very employee centric organisation and one can be rest assured of a good work life balance here along with opportunities to learn and scale up professionally.
