HR is lethargic, irresponsible, disrespect towards employees.. fake salary structure, No vision and mission, focus is how to remove a employee... And almost they removed 75people..no job security.. direction less director.... they are removing people in secs

...day, but if employee wants to leave he has to serve 3 months of notice period. Or else have to pay 3 months gross salary. For entry level position also they are giving 3 months of notice period. They will take your sign on bond for 2 years.

Hr policies, Working hours are 9:30 to 6:30 still Saturday working.

...oyees Need to punch in and out for lunch time also No support from management No increment or bonus to employees. No on time salary (salary will be from 8th to 12th) No culturale activities no outings.

...athroom wash but please dont go in a worst company OLECTRA GREENTECH SOLUTION .Company increment of the employee salary by 5k rupees bt when he gave the resign HR says u have to pay company 21k which we gave increment so think what the level of this company . Im here from june2022 and now its jan2023 bt still i didnt recieve my ID card, Safety Shoes,Uniform,Medical card. At time of joining there is no written policy company provided or told to joiner when they want to resign the job then HR tells u the policies jst please claps for this worst company......

During goldstone time, company was very good in terms of work culture and salary and other benefits.

Dislikes

Now company is terrible once take over by meil group. No work life balance and undue pressure by MD kv pradeep. Company tries to find fault in your work and try to hold your f&f in case you leave.
