Working with Olectra Greentech Limited was a good opportunity. Company was good, but the management was terrible, they won't hike salarys for seniors, every year they recruit fresher's and forgets about senior technicians. thus they leaving company. this process going since last 3years.

Dislikes

They don't hike salarys, and doesn't support in career growth. HR management was not good, they just say oneword work with the offered salary we are not going to hike.

...oyees Need to punch in and out for lunch time also No support from management No increment or bonus to employees. No on time salary (salary will be from 8th to 12th) No culturale activities no outings.

...athroom wash but please dont go in a worst company OLECTRA GREENTECH SOLUTION .Company increment of the employee salary by 5k rupees bt when he gave the resign HR says u have to pay company 21k which we gave increment so think what the level of this company . Im here from june2022 and now its jan2023 bt still i didnt recieve my ID card, Safety Shoes,Uniform,Medical card. At time of joining there is no written policy company provided or told to joiner when they want to resign the job then HR tells u the policies jst please claps for this worst company......

During goldstone time, company was very good in terms of work culture and salary and other benefits.

Dislikes

Now company is terrible once take over by meil group. No work life balance and undue pressure by MD kv pradeep. Company tries to find fault in your work and try to hold your f&f in case you leave.

I faced much off issues in that company that's why I rising job I think I expect good salary and job from uh.. More then 15000...! There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address Salary is decent our but issues. career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
