Even when every org was laying off, our org made sure that no one was laid off Or no salary cut. Work culture - just make sure you complete your job & dats what matters. Our issues have a fair judgement thanks to the Manager. Policies change time to time based on the situations we face. This is my 2nd year here, but last year due to pandemic, appraisals could not happen. But this year, it will happen. It's very simple, if you work hard, you get recognized. People get extra responsibility, if they are working hard with dedication & passion.

* last appraisal was done 2021 after no appraisal no promotion * Work bal is worst they make you work for 10 to 12 hours * Every day there will be extension for 1 hour

To be honest I haven’t see any worst company then OLA. They talks about work ethics but they don’t know how to follow. Every 3months their is layoff where they treat employee like piece of…. Everyday their will be extension it doesn’t matter you are a girl or guy.

Dislikes

If you want to gain experience better look for some small organisations they will treat you much better because they value employees..
