Working at Ola Cabs had been a good experience.I was in the company almost from the days the Leasing Business Model was launched and have seen the company grow from just four cabs to a fleet of 8500 cabs in a short span of 2 years.Probably,this is the only company in the country that gives an opportunity to the partners(drivers) to have an earnings of 25000/- to 35000/- per month,with an investment of,as low as 35000/-.The work environment,teammates and the job satisfaction are all fair enough.

Dislikes

The disparity in the salary structure can be taken care of along with the redressal of partner/driver grievances in an effective manner.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

working at ola is just awesome I have never seen any organization which allows employees to act on their own but abiding by company guidelines. They give us freedom asks to use our strategies.

there is nothing specif to dislike but the way recruitment is done is seems shocking there are low pay to the employees who comes from the same educational backgrounds.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates sopprt and management transparent. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year and give reimbursement for travelling for every months.

Actually no any kind of issues about salary and work also.
