This organisation has already achieved and is still striving towards keeping a good work culture where in holistically, a person can grow. The warm, friendly and helpful atmosphere makes the day better amidst a bit of work chaos. The founders intrinsically believe in investing in their employees and keeping their employees happy by always offering the best side of leadership and mentorship, they never fall short on guiding anyone in the organisation. Right from an intern to the highest position, every candidate is met by the founders so that they can get to know them better, 1 on 1. Everyone in the organisation has achieved work life balance and has been given the freedom to grow.

It a genuinely exciting to be a part of such an environment. One of Oktobuzz's strongest suite is its excellence in growth hacking. The team's attention to detail is amazing. The supportive and collaborative nature of the team is something I really enjoy.
