no work.dont understand the india business and not flexible to understand the market requirements. No Job security. They might not have enough work to justify the role but they will still hire you. when they decide that its not fitting. they might instantly let you go without any justification. not a good decision to join the company. you will never know what is the perception nor you will be given any reason or indication. it will come as a sudden surprise . do not join .

Quite frankly the worst company I've ever worked for in terms of culture, attitude and uncertainty. Even if you go above and beyond, and you do a great job, you're never guaranteed to have a job for more than a year. The culture of people collaboration is toxic like I've never seen. People don't have each other's backs, horrible attitude across the board.

Fancy office with no benefits to employeees to even travel to work

No engineering culture, fear of losing your job anytime, incapable engineering leadership in the bangalore office, pathetic work life balance and extremely stressful environment

Good benefits, but recruiting is bargains with candidates. Work-life balance is very good but it depends on the team you are joining. Toxic people are being on onboarded. A female lead was hired for diversity, but she started showing that she is a lead attitude and openly saying that “I am a lead I will behave and you will see me as a lead” this is toxic. We are being afraid that they will misuse POSH policy and turn / make things up, so no safety, this is because her attitude is like that.

Hiring new unethical, unlikely people which is a issue to unhealthy team.

Oktas work culture is toxic and hostlie. They offer no insuranc benmefits and attempting to claim anything that can result in to termination. Beware and steer clear of this fraudlent company. Speak from my personal experience. stay safe avoid okta at all costs.
