No process set up and even if you try to do so high chances of getting removed bcz people responsible for not delivering start complaining about your job role and management ends up listening to them

The Way Bosses motivate is so good. From the learning point of view here is a lot to gain as apart from the experts we have three bosses around us & i think no one better can really explain/teach you then these three persons. I just love to have a company with them. Whenever i felt that today i have done a lot of tasks, suddenly i think about Mr. Pankaj Surani, one of our Director & then realizes i did nothing, the time i felt that i have multiple skills, i saw my another Director, Mr. Vineet Sharma & then realizes, i have yet begun to develop my skills & the last but not the least, When i see Mr. Vinay Sharma, i actually remember the story of great businessman Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani. From the bottom to the top......... Not even surprising because all this happens just because of that one guy & a good company by the another one. Lot to say but i don't have that much of time. Actually it is not about what i don't like in OWS but will advice those peoples who think that they would have a limited tasks for their post, Actually the person who can work harder then his yesterday can only survive over here.
