Oil field instrumentation (India), is the best company for the person who wants to work in oil and gas sector. OFI is best company in India. There working environment and training programs are very good. I worked happily there for 3 years. I am very thankful to oil field instrumentation for there support.

...management, lifetime no no increment and no official promotion in the company. They forced to all field employees to resign from basic salary and join them on daily wages work on duty offshore and onshore operations. We all have proof of that. They don't care about their employees so my suggestion dont join this company.

Okay, but just to get an entry into the oil and gas industry exposure you can get in rig site, but for that you're loosing too much of your health and hard earnings.

They pay very less, by taking our payment from the client and give us very less money

They'll not fire you at any cost. You can get proper on/ off patternn

They'll not pay you much. Salary will get delayed most of the time. They are not concerned whether you are good employee. You will not get promotion. There will be a lot of workload and there will be no support from your management

Only thing I liked working in this company is that this company gives a great opportunity for freshers to get into the oil and gas industry.

Workload is too much and salaries are not competent in the industry.
