'In my experience, The manager's satisfaction seems to depend solely on whether you prioritize yourwork over everthing else in your personal life, inluding family and personel commitments. As long as you work in this manner, thing go smoothly, However, if you don't, there,s no job security, appreciation, or pay raises. Eventually, you may find yourself sidelined from important projects and opportunities.

Very Hard to survive if you join Ohum as an Experienced resource.No Process at all. Anytime (Out Time / specially Friday evening) you will be allocated/assigned any task which will be high priority and your personal time/ Weekend will be ruined
