There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but there is no carrier growth.

Compnay is good due to Italian.But the culture of compnay is same as the workshop as an indian typical Lala.But one can learn too many things from here.Its a compnay run by one man army.

What management think better as per their own rule and regulation applied .Other thing which means a lot don't think too much.Enginerring is leads by thosee who spent 2 decades they want safe their chair .They are the one who satnds their as a operator.They don't know how the culture shift .and how the work to stop it's here great philosophy.

Toxic culture. Bad behavior to employee. No Good policy for employee. No job security. Anytime you to fired to your job. If you are come on duty 8:58 am security Guard not allow to entry you in company. He is close the door after 8:55 am.your duty out time is not consider if you out 6:00 pm. But duty start on 9:00am.That company treat like a dog.Canteen facility available for only company roll employee.If you are leave on yesterday and your are already Informed to your HOD. Next Day security guard you to not enter in company & stay on Gate. I feel so bad this rule.He is treat employee to like slave. My life's biggest mistake. I have join this company.

Company is good for company workers not for supervisors.

Production manager working from 15 yr old and his mentality towards his supervisor is terrible and he provides less increment compared to other departments managers. Production manager behaviour towards his supervisor is worst .
