... will be given work from home & you have to work more working time is 9 to 6.30. Salary is too much low here starting salary is 13,000 & only 10% increment per year no yearly bonus. If you get only 10% hike then it will take 4-5 years to go salary above 20,000/-. They will increase only responsibilities but not salary according to responsibility. You will not get good learning here. You will get only work satisfaction but not salary satisfaction. If you stuck in this company then your life will ruin. You cant even talk about your salary in your friends & family. Every man works for salary.

Good for learners / hard workers. Best for trainees and freshers to explore more. Overall work environment is good.

Dislikes

Performance and appraisal is based on internal politics and senior managers. Who are not the fair always. Top management fully relies on managers reporting. So down level team may get unfair outcome.

A good company to start your career. Here you can learn en number of things & you get exposure in various activities . Job security is the best key here, all the directors & the manager are very down the earth they respect every employee. Overall a great organization to work with.

The company is readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i'm the part of the team providing high quality services to our clients. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration in a friendly environment.
