Management wants to sell products in credit with 18/24% interest per annum which makes it a very tough to justify before buyers. This company is working like a financing house. To hire and retain people, hr team always run a story of listing in stock market and ESOP, please guys don't be trapped, it was a start up, it is a start up, it will remain a start up. The management has no vision except selling higher finance rate. They used to spoil the relation with buyer by asking extra interest cost. No body wants business loan in 18/24% interest, so think thrice. It's a LALA company.

...e cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals. are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bondof 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Good flexibility. Good learning experience about Banking & NBFC sector. Salary is good if you’re from a decent college.

To much micromanagement by the manager and founders. No one will help you with anything, not even your manager. You’ll have to learn each and everything on your own. Your colleagues/manager will cross you behind your back!!

Good salary for the management trainee role, opportunity to work in different projects comparable to domain based stints.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, no support in terms of learning or training, it's sink or swim, and alongside, projects, teams and even whole departments are dissolved and employees laid off within hours at the whims of the founders.

Work culture is very poor, you will have to report by 10 at office and you can’t leave before 8pm and also you will have to be worked after reaching home. At the time of joining HR will say job timing would be 10am-6pm however they also don’t intervene, admin team down note your name and Time on daily basis by you get late by 10-15 min they will mark your attendance as half day you will have to apply leave immediately. No work ethics no Sunday no funday.
