Apart from giving salary on time there isn’t anything good!

If I start writing the list will be long but would try to summarise up in a few points 1.) unrealistic targets to achieve; which I bet the one who sets from the top he also won’t be able to fulfill! 2.) no recognition of efforts; it’s always the numbers that matter. The management doesn’t take into cognisance the effort put in by the employee to get the work done. 3.) they keep the reimbursement money for 45+ days; which again is our money essentially spent on travelling. Right now the management has started penalising people for travelling by flights and trains too. 4.) the financial figures showed in websites about the company are hoax; they aren’t growing and hence they are firing left and right. 5.) every day they post add on LinkedIn to recruit new people, and every day there will be approximately 50-60 welcome mails! Which shows that they believe on hire-fire-rehire policy. 6.) specifically mentioning the team sitting at the top level are essentially chamchas of Asish, Nalla and Vasant! They get paid for only passing instructions to the junior level and have ‘0’ caliber! Even they use cuss words in meetings like anything. 7.) regional favouritism at its peak! People even start calling for work post office hours and sometimes even at 11 in the night. Whatever it be don’t join this company at any cost. Because even if you perform they won’t appreciate that and neither will they give you good rating! And if you perform bad because of some external circumstances they will kick you out. It’s better to look for a different opportunity than joking this organisation!

Management wants to sell products in credit with 18/24% interest per annum which makes it a very tough to justify before buyers. This company is working like a financing house. To hire and retain people, hr team always run a story of listing in stock market and ESOP, please guys don't be trapped, it was a start up, it is a start up, it will remain a start up. The management has no vision except selling higher finance rate. They used to spoil the relation with buyer by asking extra interest cost. No body wants business loan in 18/24% interest, so think thrice. It's a LALA company.

...e cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals. are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bondof 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Good flexibility. Good learning experience about Banking & NBFC sector. Salary is good if you’re from a decent college.

Dislikes

To much micromanagement by the manager and founders. No one will help you with anything, not even your manager. You’ll have to learn each and everything on your own. Your colleagues/manager will cross you behind your back!!

Good salary for the management trainee role, opportunity to work in different projects comparable to domain based stints.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, no support in terms of learning or training, it's sink or swim, and alongside, projects, teams and even whole departments are dissolved and employees laid off within hours at the whims of the founders.
