Overall company culture and salary and benefita are very good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Being a service industry. All dept. Including HR will expect from you to work 24/7 as the operations are also running 24/7. Even on public holidays as well as saturday, sundays.

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client or customer in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual s unique strstrength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from. My client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also,thereis no on-job training for fresher's,hence senior folk like me have to guide them step y step, which is a pain sometime.

Worst India Management......Indepth politics....those who voice their opinions ...will be targeted.... Worst is Gurgaon centre.....cheap politics...they will finish the company like a terminate.... Its affecting brand image for future employees.....they will cover up everything in audits ad fool around top management with their fake smiles & hospitality........Employee engagement survey is done by HR only for false reviews......they do whatever they want to n screw hardworking employees.....If Switzerland management is reading this...please do something .......and get a real picture of India .....

One of the best company that I worked with. Having good technological exposure though machinery industry. Work culture, facilities are great. Good people. Unfortunately I left the organisation too early.

You get a good exposure to learn and develop some skills. If you are in service department you get lot of opportunities to learn and gain knowledge in different areas.. Overall good learning experience. If you want to learn, then this is good for you.

Dislikes

You won't get any appreciation, Under-paid, under- appreciated. Your manager won't be knowing what you are working and are you developing your skills or not he won't be having any idea.. Even if you work more than 10hrs daily. Sometimes we need to work 2weeks continuously.
