Everybody thinks the job as lucrative even though it is contractual. Getting your official work done by the clerks is a tedious job. Sometimes you have to bend over your knees to request. Seniors are authoritarian and don't expect casual talks from juniors.

... them. If done, you will be put to adverse situations which may end your career. Salary payment was not made timely. When complained, I was threatened of serious consequences.

It is State PSU basically non profit organisation. Main function of the company is procuring paddy from the farmers and delivery to the custom Millers those Miller have a agreement with the company by giving security deposit the as decided by the Government of odisha. Then they convert the paddy into rice and delivery at FCI godown (i.e sale) and RRC (Rice Receiving Centre meant for PDS distribution among poor people having ration card) as decided by the company based on prudent plan metting.

Everything is fine and dandy. All authorities are cooperative and teammates are helpful. It was my luck and blessings from my elders ,I got a chance to serve under the management of this company.
